Our shop was established by the first generation in Showa 10 and has been loved by local customers for more than 85 years.
The interior of the store, which has an atmosphere full of Kyoto atmosphere, has a counter with a single cypress board that has been used since its founding, and a private room on the second floor in the style of a sukiya-style tea room.
At our shop, we purchase seasonal ingredients that are particular about each season and provide dishes that you can enjoy in the four seasons.
We use plenty of fresh seafood and colorful Kyoto vegetables from Wakasa, Awaji Island, and Setouchi, such as “cherry snapper” from Awaji in spring, “bamboo shoots” from Tsuka, Kyoto, “ayu” and “pike fish” in summer, “matsutake mushrooms” in autumn, and “river pig” and “taizagani” in winter.
