Kyoto Tsuyu Shabu CHIRIRI is named after the fact that when pork is soaked in hot water, it looks like a “dusty” white flower blooms.
“Tsuyu shabu” is a new dish that we are proud of, which is made by passing 0.8 mm thinly sliced pork through hot water and eating it with a gourd with white onions, yuzu chili peppers, and a special five-tier Japanese-style tsuyu.
In addition, we also offer shabu-shabu of the finest Omi beef from Japan’s three major brands and multi-course meals to enjoy the changes of the four seasons.
Please enjoy your meal while looking at the tasteful interior of the renovated Kyomachiya and the Japanese courtyard.
