It is a 10-minute walk from JR Yurakucho Station. It is located in Ginza, Chuo Ward. The sukiyaki and shabu-shabu are made using only the highest quality A-5 grade Japanese black beef, and the traditional taste has remained unchanged since the restaurant first opened. Other popular dishes include “kanisuki” made with “specially selected raw crab” and a lunch menu where you can casually enjoy beef dishes.

The tables are movable, so more than four people can use the restaurant. The sense of security of being able to see your surroundings and the convenience of being able to easily enter and exit the restaurant make it perfect for customers who want to enjoy a casual meal.
The semi-private rooms are enclosed and partitioned to create a private room-like atmosphere, and are designed to prevent eye contact with other customers.
The semi-private rooms overlook the street from large windows, and are bright seats with sunlight streaming in during the day, and moody seats at night where you can enjoy the modern night view of Ginza.
The fully private rooms offer a private space with spacious seating arrangements, making them ideal for important business meetings or family celebrations.
The specially selected Wagyu beef served at Ginza Rangetsu is only Japanese black beef that has been certified as A-5 grade in Japan, and is only from female cows that have not given birth (yet have not given birth to a calf). Compared to bulls, the melting point of the fat of female cows is lower, and it melts smoothly on the tongue, so it is not heavy when eaten. The quality of A-5 grade meat is even more tender, with fine marbling, and when heated, the fat melts, allowing you to enjoy an exceptionally delicious taste that combines sweetness and flavor.
