We are particular about all ingredients, and we use fresh seafood and fresh local ingredients that can be eaten raw.     About the restaurant

    A chef who worked in one-star Michelin restaurants in Tokyo and Osaka has opened a creative kushiage restaurant in Nagoya! They are particular about all of their ingredients, using seafood so fresh that it can be eaten raw, and delicious local ingredients. The crispy fried skewers are light and won’t make you feel heavy even if you eat a lot. Toppings such as salmon roe and pickled chrysanthemum, slowly simmered sauces, and salt and soy sauce blended in the restaurant further enhance the flavor.

    Bringing a new wind to creative kushiage. Wanting to share its deliciousness with many people

    Trained in French cuisine for five years. After that, he became interested in kushiage and gained 10 years of experience at Rokkakuto in Osaka and Tokyo, which was awarded one Michelin star. In March 2013, he opened the main store of Creative Kushiage Tsuda. He spread delicious creative kushiage, which is particular about the ingredients and batter, throughout Aichi Prefecture. In March 2018, marking his 25th year in kushiage, he opened Tsuda in Kinshachi Yokocho, following the main store, with a focus on service and interior design for visitors. It has been well-received by many people both in Japan and abroad.

    Our pride is our creative skewers

    At “Tsuda,” we are particular about all our ingredients, and even the ingredients for skewers are so fresh that they can be eaten raw. We highly recommend ordering our “Live Kuruma Shrimp” skewers, made from live shrimp just taken out of the fish tank, and our “Salmon and Salmon Roe” skewers, made from salmon skewers topped with domestic salmon roe!

    The popular combination of parent and child, the “Salmon and Salmon Roe” skewers:
    Fresh, fatty salmon that can be eaten as sashimi is topped with plenty of domestic salmon roe. Add salt and sauce to taste.

    “Live Kuruma Shrimp” Skewers:
