    Rokkakudo, which stands on the grounds of Gamagori Classic Hotel, is characterized by its hexagonal exterior, as its name suggests. It’s a space where you can enjoy your meal without straining yourself, even though it has a calm atmosphere. Local ingredients are used, from Mikawa specialty ingredients such as “Mikawa beef” and “Akaza shrimp” to seasonings.

    Mikawa beef sirloin steak course meal

    There were six types of salt available, with detailed explanations written on the back of the menu.
    There were three types of grilled seafood: fish, squid, and shrimp. The crispy grilled skin was also delicious.
