“A ramen restaurant run by ZOT Co., Ltd., which operates unique restaurants.
A restaurant that serves ramen and earthenware pot rice using five types of dried sardines from Setouchi, carefully selected by a French chef.
The set of KANEDA noodles and Kuroge Wagyu beef rice is popular. The wide, flat noodles served in a wooden tub have a big impact.
The noodles are made with whole grain thin noodles from Kanno Seimenjo. Unlimited use of seaweed and raw eggs! Although it is a ramen restaurant, the interior is elegant and feels like a high-end Japanese restaurant. ”
[Kaneda] Opened in the ramen battleground of KITTE Marunouchi! The bonito-based soy sauce ramen, which uses five types of dried sardines from the Setouchi region, is a popular dish. We also recommend the flat soba noodles, which come with a choice of soup. The noodles, soup, and rice cooked in a clay pot are packed with a variety of specialties, and there are also free raw eggs on the table, so you can enjoy your own original TKG. The restaurant has a Japanese concept, so it is a great place for both solo diners and women.

It’s ramen, so lunch is recommended, and it’s so good that you should definitely go if you go to Tokyo KITTE, but if you visit at 12:00 on a weekday lunch, you’ll have to wait about 30 minutes, so I recommend going when you have time or going at a slightly different time!
It was even more crowded at 12:30, so it’s a delicious and popular restaurant, but Gyoretsu is a good choice! There are counter seats that are easy for one person to enter, and there was a woman there alone! The tables seem to be for two, but if you squeeze in a little, I wonder if it could fit four people? I recommend going with a group of two!

I recommend ordering the KANEDA noodles and flat Zaru Soba noodles that I ordered this time and sharing them half and half between two people. There is no set discount, but the A5 rank Kuroge Wagyu beef rice is so delicious that you should definitely order it! I didn’t eat it, but if you write a review on Google you can get rice, so I thought later that it would be nice to order that and extra char siu to make a char siu rice bowl. Try different things!

The Chinese noodles are made from “Ayahikari” grown in Mie Prefecture and are characterized by their sweetness and the aroma of wheat. I chose thin noodles, but the amount was large so it was very filling! They are mixed with dried sardines, which are easy to eat and have no strong flavor. They also contain yuzu, so the aftertaste is refreshing.

The wide, flat noodles are made with a high water content, a feature of the past, and wheat bran is added to give them a nice flavor, making them easy to swallow (used by Sugano Seimensho). This Zaru Soba is thick and refreshing! It was also delicious with the dried sardine soup. If you like spicy food, dandan soup would also be good.

The visual impact is amazing. The flat noodles are satisfying to eat! You can choose from two soups. The Niboshi is rich in the flavor of dried sardines and the saltiness of soy sauce, and the Dandan is quite spicy️️. Both soups are well mixed with the noodles. I topped the Wagyu beef with an infinite amount of egg and chive pepper, rolled it up in seaweed, and it was devilishly delicious.
