It is a sushi restaurant where a young owner from France has inherited the lineage of famous restaurants and makes use of his unique sensibility and technology.
Along with seafood purchased from Tokyo, we offer “Edomae sushi” that makes use of local fish unique to Kyoto.
In the lunch course, you can enjoy easy nigiri using the best ingredients of the day.
Grilled fish is also available for the dinner course, adding an extra layer of volume. Please enjoy the taste of sushi to the fullest with carefully selected Japan sake.
In addition, thick rolls, which are ideal for souvenirs, are also popular. The restaurant has a high ceiling and is open with 12 seats at the cypress counter.
