At Kobe-tei, we serve a course meal of skewers that incorporates seasonal ingredients every four seasons.
The best way to fully enjoy the delicate skewers is to freshly fry them.
There are only seats at the counter.
In order to bring out the most individuality of our main characters, it is thinly fried with fine-grained homemade breadcrumbs and the highest quality oil, and served with an original sauce that the master is proud of with his ingenuity.
