You can enjoy the fresh ingredients of Toyama Bay auctioned off in the morning in Nagoya on the day of the event.
Toyama Bay has a wide range of seasonal flavors, including fireflies called “the mystery of Toyama Bay,” as well as fatty-topped black-throated, red-headed crabs, and white shrimp.
Ingredients dropped in the morning at Shinminato Fishing Port and Himi Fishing Port will arrive at our store in the evening by our own route.
In addition to making fresh fish, we also offer dishes such as Himi udon and kakiage of white shrimp, where you can enjoy the local cuisine of Toyama and the delicacies of Hokuriku.
