.RAW is most particular about home-grown organic sprouts, as well as sprouted beans and wheatgrass grown in-house.
This is grown without pesticides in the store’s white greenhouse.

At .RAW, there is a salad bar where you can freely combine organically grown vegetables with carefully selected sprouts and sprouted beans, allowing you to customize your salad to suit your mood and physical condition.

They have also increased the variety of salad dressings based on customer feedback.
All salad ingredients and dressings are vegan and do not contain animal ingredients.
