A restaurant specializing in eel dishes that focuses on Nagoya’s specialty “Hitsumabushi”.
As the name suggests, the eel is grilled slowly by craftsmen using “binchotan charcoal” with exquisite adjustments, and the skin is crisp and fragrant, and the meat is plump.
