Speaking of Nabe Izakaya near the station in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, our shop. Our shop is a 3-minute walk from Toyohashi Station, and is located on Tokiwa Street.
Broth made with boastful bonito flakes. The onion shabu shop is proud of its ultra-thin “silk flakes” of 0.01 mm, which can also be used as bonito flakes.
The lineup includes the specialties “onion shabu”, “tongue shabu”, and “special loin onion shabu”.
The meat used is brand pork [Mikawa mochi pork] carefully selected [black wagyu beef tongue]. Japanese black beef tongue is said to be rare and does not come in often.
Mikawa mochi pork uses brand pork that is characterized by its sweetness and umami. You can enjoy it refreshingly without the peculiar smell and fat of pork.
The specialty “onion shabu” is complemented by homemade tsuyu soup stock and citrus ponzu sauce with bonito that can only be tasted at our restaurant!
In addition, Japan sake, such as chijimi using Kujo onions, is a Japan sake from the local Toyohashi sake brewery [Fukui Shuzo], which can be used to entertain customers from outside the prefecture.
