Hagakure

The 3rd floor of the Marunouchi Building in Nagoya. Hagakure, which is unlocked with a secret PIN and entered, is a reservation-only sushi kappo that appeared in the fall of 2023.
Opened as a sister restaurant of the popular restaurant “New Japan Cuisine Soharu” in Meieki, it showcased a new delicacy that fuses traditional Japanese techniques and Western tastes, just like the main store.
Authentic sushi, enterprising nigiri made with foie gras and wagyu beef, and seasonal dishes are served in the “Omakase Course” to attract food lovers.
There are many combinations of innovative ingredients, and the deliciousness created by the synergistic effect of excellent ingredients is delicious and resonates with the five senses!
The main space, which has only 6 seats at the counter, is like a secret base for adults, and is perfect for special occasions such as anniversaries, celebrations, and important entertainment.
It can also be used for private use, and you can immerse yourself in a dramatic dining experience.
