Natsune

“Nostalgic rhymes (sounds) rhymes (taste)” Japan cuisine made by a female restaurant owner with great sincerity.
A brewery standing on the four-way road where you can feel the history. The brewery has been located in the area since the end of the Edo period, and is full of flavor and history.
I am so grateful that I stayed until today. It has been passed down only because of the strong will of the people who protect it.
I like good old things and Japan culture. However, it is very time-consuming to use the old one as it is.
The craftsmen carefully finished a number of invisible and sober work.
The thoughts of our predecessors, the owners who have protected us, the craftsmen who have worked hard this time… I would like to connect the thoughts of many people so that they are not wasted.
I named it Natsune with the idea of “nostalgic rhymes (sounds) and rhymes (taste)…”. We hope that everyone will have a good time at the brewery, which has been newly reborn as a store.
