Sudachi

“Sudachi” is a place where you can enjoy creative cuisine that sometimes transcends the boundaries of genres.
We hope that our customers will enjoy talking with their dear friends (dachi) more as their “su” selves. The name of the store is filled with this thought.
For chefs, we aim to be a dream-like restaurant where each chef can carve out a once-in-a-lifetime moment while trusting and breathing with the customer, as a stage for “leaving the nest (Sudachi)” where the light shines on each individual.
