Gyunabe Iron

The second floor of the “MERCER LOUNGE” just off Platinum Street is a Gyunabe Iron.
When you open the auto-lock door, you will be greeted by a garden with a symbol tree cherry blossom.
Beyond that, an 80-year-old house is an adult space that feels like a secret hideaway.
“Beef nabe” made with marbled meat of Japanese black beef has a luxurious taste.
It has a taste familiar to Japan people based on white miso, and the umami of beef and vegetables condenses into the soup as you eat it, and you can enjoy a sticky feeling like a motsunabe.
