A house restaurant “Ishinabe Noguchi” tucked away in a residential area of Shirokane.
All of the seasonal stone pot dishes that are thoroughly particular about the ingredients are made into high-quality hot pots that allow you to feel the changes of the season.
The soup that affects the taste of the hot pot is our original chicken stock soup made from carefully selected domestic vegetables and chicken.
The aroma of the fragrant sesame oil, the flavor of the soup, and the taste of the dipping sauce enhance the original flavor of meat and vegetables.
