We are particular about seasonings and products from long-established Kyoto stores, and focus on enzymatic brown rice and fermented foods.
We also accommodate some vegan options.

We also offer homemade dressings.
We use products from long-established Kyoto stores such as Yamanaka Abuten and Kato Miso, as well as rice from Miyamoto Farm, canelé and herbal tea from Shinless Cafe.
