This is a vegan restaurant that moved from the bustling city center to a quiet residential area in May 2023.
The previous restaurant served vegetarian dishes, but this one is vegan, with no animal products. It seems that more than 30 kinds of vegetables are used in the vegetarian one plate alone, mainly organic vegetables from Kyoto such as Ohara and Hanase.
The menu changes every two weeks to match seasonal ingredients. The dishes are full of ingenuity, such as adding richness with nuts, depth of flavor with fermented foods, and accents with spices, and are sure to satisfy everyone.
