Shojin Cafe Waka

In the ancient capital of Kyoto, which is lined with historic temples, there is a vegan cafe that has been loved for a long time.
This restaurant is popular for its lunch based on Shojin ryori, where each ingredient is carefully prepared.

Even though the restaurant’s cuisine is based on Shojin ryori, it does not include gokun (gokun).
This is because the manager carefully prepares each item one by one, so it is difficult to respond to requests for individual items.

There are about 15 seats inside the store.
There is also a space where you can relax on a sofa while looking out at the garden.
