With a homely atmosphere and careful instruction unique to our small group setting, we provide a place where you can not only improve your handwriting, but also fill your heart and feel fulfilled. Beginners welcome.

For those who want to learn authentic calligraphy at their own pace. You can learn a wide range of calligraphy, from classical calligraphy to small calligraphy, practical calligraphy, and creative calligraphy.
Choose a specialized typeface, learn it in earnest, and aim to create your own work.

Calligraphy experience classes are available for foreign visitors to Japan. In the trial class, we will do the following:

Apply ink → Basics of how to hold a brush → Practice drawing lines and dots → Try writing one or two characters on hanshi paper
Practice your name in kanji (think of the correct kanji here)
At the end, you can make a mini colored paper (approximately 12 x 14 cm) and take it home.

Since we cannot speak English, we recommend that a tour conductor/interpreter accompany you.
