Shodō-ka Narita Masumi

“Shinwa-kai, a calligraphy class run by Masumi Narita, a young female calligrapher who is active in design calligraphy and performance calligraphy, has its headquarters in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.

In our calligraphy class, even beginners can learn with confidence, as our calligraphers will carefully teach at the pace of each student, making the most of their individuality and having fun learning calligraphy.

The time will be 1 to 2 hours depending on the number of people, and since my schedule is random, I would appreciate it if you could contact me about the schedule each time.

In the trial class, we will do the following:
We will teach you the basic dot strokes of calligraphy, how to hold a brush, and then we will teach you kanji that are popular among foreigners, such as kanji from regions such as Tokyo and Kyoto, and write your name in guessed characters.
We accept requests for optional finishing touches such as fans, colored paper, etc. ”
