Tsukiji Bunkajin opened on August 7, 2013.

Based on the concept of “new long-established”, we simply express ourselves with seasonal materials and long-established products.

Buckwheat fruits are carefully selected by visiting production areas all over Japan to determine their condition. It is hand-made with a millstone in the store.
Ingredients are purchased at Toyosu Market every morning, and we are particular about fresh and high-quality ingredients to provide seasonal tastes.
