The owner and chef, Mr. Sasaki, wanted to open a restaurant in Okinawa, so he quit his job and trained at several restaurants before moving to Okinawa with his family and opening a restaurant. We want to introduce the deliciousness of the Wagyu beef that we encountered during our training, so we only use carefully selected domestic Wagyu beef that is limited to A5 rank, with a focus on the highest quality Miyazaki beef.
You can enjoy the finest teppanyaki that pursues the original taste of the ingredients. The interior of the restaurant is simple and stylish, with counter seats and table seats, without any unnecessary decorations. This is a restaurant where you can casually enjoy a meal while talking with the cheerful owner/chef.
