The basic course meal will be a creative dish that will be left to you for the day. We will purchase seasonal nigiri dishes that you can feel the season on the day and cook them fresh. On the first floor, there is a spacious counter with 8 seats. There is also a private counter for 4~5 people on the 2nd floor. You can enjoy cooking at the counter made of white wood.

Sushi
The rice is a blend of Chiba Koshihikari and Aizu Hitomebore. Cooked on the firmer side to allow for a good separation, the rice is blended with three types of red vinegar for a slightly stronger, more pronounced flavor. The result is a rice with a strong presence that harmonizes well with the fresh toppings.
