The owner and chef, Manabu Murakami, is a former member of the Hiroshima food and beverage group Sasagumi, but he has honed his skills in his own way. Although he is mostly self-taught when it comes to aging fish, he is currently one of the best in Hiroshima.
A famous restaurant that was featured in Gault & Millau as a 2-stock restaurant. A small shop with counter seats and one private room.
