Our shop is particular about three things. One is that all tuna is made from high-grade raw tuna. In order to please our customers, we do not compromise on deliciousness. Even when the purchase price is high, we will provide domestic tuna.
Two, the purchases are carefully selected at the market every morning. The general goes to the market himself, buys only fish that he is confident can serve with his own eyes, and sticks to really fresh and delicious ingredients.
Three, always prepare carefully at the store. Delicious Edomae sushi depends not only on the ingredients but also on the skill of preparing itamae. In order not to lose the flavor at air temperature or room temperature, the amount of vinegar and salt is changed with skilled skills, and each one is carefully prepared.
Many meals are available both course and à la carte. Courses such as sushi, sashimi, seasonal grilled fish and tempura are available for both lunch and dinner.
The store has a selection of Japan sake that goes well with sushi, and we will recommend sake that goes well with fish, so please feel free to contact us. We also offer a large number of nigiri and seafood bowls.
