It is a yakitori and wine shop that mainly uses female Akita Kogen Hinai chickens directly from contract farms.
This special yakitori is made by sprinkling salt collected from rock salt in Sicily on a moderately aged chicken and grilling it with the finest Kishu Binchotan charcoal hoshomaru.
