Kushidokoro Mogami Ginzaten

Located in Ginza, which is synonymous with Tokyo, “Kushisho Mogami Ginza Store”.

The name “Mogami” is derived from the Mogami River, which flows through Yamagata, the chairman’s hometown.
However, before we knew it, the original meaning of “the best and the best” unknowingly became our heart.

The kushikatsu we serve at our restaurant traps the best ingredients in the batter to bring out the best flavor.
