    CULTURE WORKSHOP Details

AMAZAKE HOUSE is a specialty store for homemade fresh amazake, located on Ryoma Street in Fushimi, Kyoto, a city with a culture of fermentation. We do not pasteurize the amazake to improve its shelf life, and instead sell fresh amazake in our store, and for takeaway and online shopping, we leave the amazake overnight to reach its peak flavor, which we pack in pouches and freeze.

    [Commitment to ingredients]

Our amazake is alcohol-free, sugar-free, and additive-free, as it does not use sake lees.
We also have many other amazake-based menu items, such as amazake smoothies made with fruit delivered directly from farmers and amazake lattes made with carefully selected ingredients.
