I was able to relax and enjoy my meal in a private room. Even though I didn’t mention the ingredients I didn’t like in advance, they hurriedly replaced them with ingredients I could eat on the day of the meal. I definitely want to eat there again when I go to Nagasaki.

Our young and talented head chef carefully prepares the seafood from Nagasaki. It’s a store you’ll want to visit even though it’s far away.
The raw mullet and whale bacon are both homemade and delicious you won’t find anywhere else. The sashimi is also well done. The sushi was also top-notch, especially the conger eel from Nagasaki.

It was my first time tasting whale and mullet. Also, the sea bream rice was very elegant and delicious.
All the dishes were delicious, and the presentation and tableware were all very satisfying.
