The charm of the finest red meat delivered by “Bakuro Ichiyo” who knows cattle thoroughly. We offer carefully selected and rare tenderloins of red meat, which are becoming more popular due to their charm that is different from marbled meat.
Please enjoy the hospitality that goes one step further, from the best Hida beef tenderloin in Japan to the tenderloin of carefully selected Japanese black beef.
We will also carefully explain the Hida beef we provide and rare vegetables from Gifu Prefecture.
