Since opening in Osu in 1991, we have been serving steaks.
It has been loved by many customers as a hideaway-like restaurant in the bustling Osu area.
When you enter the restaurant, you will find a wide counter seating area where you can enjoy the fragrant aroma and the sense of presence.
Behind it are five private rooms for entertaining, suited to the number of guests, where you can relax and unwind in a calm atmosphere.
The carefully selected ingredients are A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef, which is the highest grade for meat quality.
The marbling is clean and plentiful, and the meat is cherry pink in color. The fat melts slowly at human body temperature.
Even A5 is further divided into 12 grades based on the amount and consistency of marbling, but the beef we use is the highest level 12 to 8.
These are virgin females.
The meat is aged for three weeks, and brought to you at the most delicious time.
Many customers have been preferring red meat recently, so we also have aged red meat available. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

I think it’s easier to eat than steak!
Even with wasabi, it’s not spicy at all, and there’s just the right amount of fat!
Personally, I recommend eating it with Japanese pepper.
