The signature dish, black pork shabu-shabu, is served with Kirishima black pork, which is particular about the quality of the meat, with plenty of bamboo onions and a secret soba sauce. 〆 is exquisitely entwined with soba sauce, and you can enjoy the aftertaste of deliciousness with delicate and firm soba noodles.
