The first generation trained at a tea kaiseki restaurant purveyed by Omotesenke in Kyoto for more than 200 years, and with the desire to spread authentic tea kaiseki cuisine and Kyoto cuisine in his hometown of Aichi, the first generation was founded in September 56 as a tea kaiseki cuisine and caterer specializing in business trips in Nagoya Atsuta.
In February of the 2nd year of Reiwa, the second generation Hirokazu Ueda opened “Chakaiseki Kappo Kamigyo” in Nishiki 3-chome, Naka-ku, Nagoya.
The interior of the restaurant has a calm interior that resembles a tea room, and is equipped with 2 completely private rooms with 5 counter seats and a maximum of 10 seats, so please use it for entertainment, accompaniment, dinner with friends, and anniversaries with loved ones.
