[Chicken Boy] has a store near Imaike Station. The owner’s special yakitori, which uses freshwater chicken from Shiga Prefecture, is not only soft, but also moderately chewy and squeaky meat. The baking method is high heat, and the outside is browned to make it crispy and the inside is fluffy. All of the dishes are handmade, and you can enjoy dishes that are sincere with the passion of the owner and the ingredients.
