There is quite a layer of oil floating in the highly transparent light brown soup, but when you take a sip, you don’t feel that oily, and the sweetness and flavor of the chicken stock spreads in your mouth.
The noodles are thin and flat, but they are wonderfully chewy and fragrant! This is combined with soup, oil, and white onions for a simple yet perfect balance.
