In Motomachi, Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture, Hatsuneya, which has been around since the first year of the Meiji era, handed over the original Japan house that was founded as a popular kappo restaurant to another store “HATSUNEYA GARDEN”, and now offers new high-quality Japan cuisine and kaiseki cuisine at a place just a short walk from Honkawagoe Station. At our restaurant, which is run by the sixth generation owner, Hiroshi Shinozawa, with the theme of “sake, food, and space” that is indispensable to himself, we deliver authentic Japanese food and famous sake, including omakase courses, in a relaxing space with relaxing music in the store, which is centered on a counter and a private room.
