Vegan soup stock can be changed from tuna flakes and other menus available upon prior reservation. (They say they have no experience with vegetarians or vegans who don’t like the soup stock.)
In a space that takes advantage of the refreshing texture of wood, we serve Japanese cuisine made with luxurious Hiroshima ingredients under the supervision of two-Michelin star chef Kazuo Takagi.
Each section has its own identity and is developed as “Kaiseki Shun,” “Teppanyaki Kon,” and “Sushi Kan.”
In addition to counter and table seating, we also have 3 private kaiseki rooms and 1 private teppanyaki room.
