Komatsuan Sohonke Ginza

A soba restaurant located 1 minute walk from Ginza Station, a 4-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station, a 7-minute walk from Yurakucho Station, and right next to the Ginza 4-chome intersection.
We manage and mill domestic soba noodles in-house, and provide 100% hand-made soba noodles by skilled craftsmen.
A restaurant where you can enjoy high-quality soba dishes and soup that inherits the tradition of Edo-mae along with seasonal ingredients and sake.
There is also a course meal where you can enjoy the traditional “Edomae soba noodles” and “Tokyo soba noodles” that are a fusion of Japanese, Italian, and French.
The sophisticated interior of the store is a calm and hideaway space. In the cave-like private room, you can also use the piano and records.
