After your meal, please enjoy the happy dolce of each season and the soothing coffee roasted over charcoal I think it is my role to serve such dishes that you can taste using your five senses, and when the same season comes around again the next year, your memory will tell you, “Oh, that bowl I ate last year, I want to eat it again this year…”
