Even though it is a thick slice, the moment you bite into it in your mouth, the meat seems to loosen, and the flavor spreads so that it clings to your mouth.
“Tang Yuan”, which is a really delicious place in “Tang”, is a precious part that can only be obtained from one cow, so there are very few restaurants where you can eat it.
At our shop, we age the “Tan Yuan” well to bring out the ultimate flavor, and offer it in a variety of ways such as “broiled”, “grilled”, and “shabu-shabu”.
