I ordered shrimp tenzaru soba noodles, and it seems that you can choose white or country soba with elegant soba noodles, but I received two types. 100% country buckwheat black

Thin soba noodles are smooth. It is thin but firm and has a good soba flavor. It is best to put the wasabi that comes with it. Next, 100% country buckwheat black. Compared to soba noodles, the noodles are large and flat. It’s not as good as it is in the throat, but it’s satisfying. This also goes well with wasabi.

The chewy shrimp tempura

The soba noodles are thin and quite elastic! It’s so hard. I don’t know the aroma of soba noodles, and the soba sauce doesn’t have a punch, it’s a simple taste. I like tempura very much, and it’s freshly fried. I’ve never had such hot tempura before. The batter is crispy, and the shrimp meat is quite chewy.

A calm atmosphere restaurant

Thin 100% buckwheat. It has an elegant taste. Wasabi is not spicy, so it is delicious to eat with plenty of it. The tempura is shrimp and lotus root. It was hot with a crispy batter. I am glad to be able to taste delicious soba noodles in a calm atmosphere.

I had hot soba noodles. My friend asked for cold soba noodles. The noodles are thin, chewy and very tasty. Even though it’s a soba restaurant, the tempura is insanely crispy and the inside is plump and really delicious! Be sure to order tempura as well.
