It is an authorized dealer belonging to the “Matsusaka Beef Cattle Association Member”. Among the Matsusaka beef, which is shipped only a few thousand heads a year around the world, we are particular about the A5 grade, and we grill rare parts that can only be taken from one head to a few hundred grams ~ several kilograms on our proud iron plate.
