We want to share the peace of mind of agricultural products, and we want to deliver abundance to the people we care about.
Just like us, vegetables and rice have a place of origin, and there are creators who work with the region and nature that nurtured them.
We believe that mumokuteki’s goal of being good for the body and the environment is to play an important role in conveying the smell of the soil, the thoughts of the creator, and the connections between people to the future through a single food.

In pursuit of a menu that takes into account the health and safety of each and every person who eats our food, we have arrived at one answer: “no animal products.”
