Based on the belief that live eels are purchased, ripped, and freshly grilled, the skin is crisp and fragrant, and the meat is full of the original flavor and fat of the eel, and you can feel the crunch of the meat.
We are proud of our gorgeous eel weight “specially” with one white grilled and one kabayaki on it.
