The well-grilled duck loin is served with browned green onions, and the sweetness and melting texture of the green onions are the best when chewed together with the duck. The ganmo-style yam has ginkgo nuts and small shrimp inside, and goes well with the grated daikon radish sauce with a strong dashi flavor, making it also delicious. For the main course, we ordered three servings of soba noodles. This was served with a shark skin grater, and the owner grated fresh wasabi for us. The soba noodles are delicious when eaten with the six types of salt and wasabi on the table!

When I arrived at 12:30, there was a group waiting. When I was guided inside, the interior was Japanese modern, very nice and bright. I was shown to a raised area. This is not a sunken kotatsu. Today I had the Duck soba noodles 1,450 yen. It was very delicious soba. The dipping sauce had a strong aroma, and the delicious aroma of the dashi and yuzu lingered in my nose. The soba soup was thick and rich, and I drank the dashi to the last drop.

The soba came out about 10 minutes after I ordered. The soba was topped with a balanced amount of fried tofu, grated daikon radish, shredded nori seaweed, green onions, and tempura flakes, and was then eaten by pouring the tsuyu sauce over it. Every bite was delicious.

There were small seats, tables, and a counter. There were 2-3 groups with small children on the small seats, so it was a soba restaurant and the small seats looked good for families with small children. I was shown to the counter and ordered “Ita soba and vegetable tempura”! The tempura was delicious. I especially liked the asparagus and young corn. There were six types of salt, and both the salt and the tempura sauce were delicious! I overheard someone at a nearby table say, “The kakiage is delicious,” so I decided to order kakiage next time.

I went in for weekday lunch just before 12 o’clock. The soba was delicious, of course, and I ordered the rice dish set, so I was full and satisfied. I was seated at a large triangular table as a single customer, and I could eat in peace because my view was not overlapped with the seat next to me.

It was Sunday lunchtime, but I didn’t have to queue. I had the duck soba noodles. It was a very elegant soba. The duck and meatballs were delicious, and the green onions went perfectly with it. There were six types of salt, and the soba noodles with salt were also delicious. There was a wide selection of snacks on the menu, so I’d like to go there at night next time.
