    Concept

    Soba noodles made from buckwheat flour from the Shirakami Mountains in Aomori Prefecture, an edible World Heritage Site, and beautifully presented kaiseki cuisine overflowing with seasonal colors.

    We have been serving “Soba Kaiseki,” a combination of these two dishes, since we opened.

    Seating Information

    We have counter seats and private rooms available.
    This space allows both individuals and groups (up to 16 people) to enjoy their meals.

    Even if you are dining alone, you can sit at the counter in a stylish and casual atmosphere.
    The chandeliers enhance the food in a calm atmosphere.
    Private room: Comfortable for up to 8 people (Private room A and Private room B can be connected to accommodate up to 14-16 people).
    This room is also very popular for girls’ parties.
