Our restaurant offers vegetarian cuisine that does not use animal products (meat, fish, eggs, milk).
In addition, we do not use gokun vegetables (onions, green onions, chives, rakkyo, chives, etc.).
All of our soups are medicinal. A nutritional soup that improves physical ailments by simmering over 15 types of Chinese herbs for over 2 hours.
It detoxes the body and relieves fatigue, swelling, coldness, constipation, anemia, poor blood circulation, and irritation.
The vegetables we use are mainly pesticide-free vegetables grown in our own garden in Wakayama, as well as naturally farmed vegetables and fruits from Kyojugusa Villa.
The rice we use is naturally grown brown rice grown at our own farm without any pesticides or fertilizers. The oil used is domestic rice oil.
I try to make dishes that are easy on the body.
