Sushidokoro Shiori

All local fish caught from the local Odawara Fishing Port are “natural” purchased directly from fishermen and production areas. Shonan Shirasu is also purchased directly from fishermen.
It is a new authentic sushi restaurant for adults that is particular about free side dishes such as wasabi, soy sauce, and gari, and provides seasonal ingredients held by skilled craftsmen in the most delicious way.
There is also an abundance of local sake, and famous sake called phantoms from all over the country is sometimes lined up. We will also propose various sake that goes well with sushi ingredients by the sake master. There are recommended courses for lunch and dinner.
